PRIVACY POLICY
The mobile application eCLINIC234 (hereinafter referred to as “Application” or
“App”), is owned by eCLINIC234, Nigeria.
For these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, along with any amendments to the same,
and wherever the context so requires “You” or “User” or “Patient” shall mean any
natural or legal person who has agreed to become a User of the Application by
installing the Application. The term “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall mean eCLINIC234.
“Agreement” or “Document” or “Policy” or “Terms” shall mean and refer to these
Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including any amendments that may be
incorporated into it and other Policies available on the application platform, either in
mobile or web format. “Service Provider” or “Third Party” shall mean and refer to any
individual(s), company or entity apart from the User and eCLINIC234 providing
healthcare services within the medicare platform designed by eCLINIC234.
1. Introduction
The headings of each section in this Policy are only for the purpose of organising the
various provisions under this document in an orderly manner. These headings shall
not be used by either party to interpret the provisions contained with them in any
manner. Further, the headings have no legal or contractual value. The terms used
herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Service, Privacy
Policy, and other policies available on the application platform.
By using the App, You accept and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, as well as
rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to any service that is
provided by this Application, including the Terms and Polices on the web or mobile
application that shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Privacy Policy and shall
be considered as part and parcel of this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Application is
sufficient evidence that You have read and agreed to be contractually bound by this
Privacy Policy. Please read the terms carefully. The use of the web or mobile
Application designed by eCLINIC234 on behalf of Virtual Care Service Providers by
User is governed by this policy and any policy so mentioned by terms of use.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue using the Application.
eCLINIC234 hold the sole right to modify the Privacy Policy without prior permission
from You or providing notice to You. The relationship creates on You a duty to
periodically check the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service and stay updated on its
requirements. If a User continues to use the Application or avail himself or herself of
the Application services following such policy change, it is deemed as consent by the
User to the so amended policies. Your continued use of the Application is conditioned
upon Your compliance with the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to
compliance with the Terms of Use even after alterations if any.
2. Restrictions on Use
To fully avail the services of the Application and use it, you must either have been
enrolled by your Service Provider or download the app from the ‘Google Playstore
APP’/iOS (Apple) APP store and verify your phone number.
Without limiting any other provisions of this Privacy Policy, you undertake not to use
this Application for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and/or
any applicable additional terms. Your access to this Application may be terminated
immediately, in eCLINIC234’s sole discretion, with or without notice, if you fail to
comply with any provision of these Terms of Use and/or additional terms, or for any
other reason, or no reason at all. All users of eCLINIC234’s Platform Services are
bound by the Privacy Policy.
3. Intermediary Application
The Website is a platform that Patients and Healthcare Practitioners utilize to meet
and interact with one another for their mutual transaction benefits. eCLINIC234 act
as a facilitator who displays to the End User, Patients Practitioners best suited to
Patient needs, based on the Content provided by both parties to eCLINIC234 or based
on the Website Application designed and developed for the use of the Service Provider
based on the Service Provider’s instruction, including without limitation contents
relating to the area of specialization, expertise, experience, availability, and
geographic location.
However, should a User choose to proceed with a Practitioner
displayed/identified/listed by eCLINIC234, for any purpose whatsoever, including
without limitation, posing a question, seeking medical advisory service, exchanging
patient information, charts, test images, seeking appointments, eCLINIC234 is not a
party to such interaction and take no liability arising from such communication.
4. Communications
By using this Application, it is deemed that Users have consented to receive
telephonic calls, SMSs and/or emails from eCLINIC234 or the Service Provider’s
Virtual Practice and their Team Users. Such communications shall be sent to Users on
the telephone number and/or email id provided by Users for the use of the
Application which are subject to our Privacy Policy. Such communication is for
purposes that inter alia include support service calls, clarification calls, marketing
calls and promotional calls.
In the event Users engage the Application to book appointments with any Virtual
Practice, the Service Provider may send booking confirmation, cancellation, payment
confirmation, refund status, schedule change or any such other information relevant
for the transaction, via SMS, Chat, or by voice call on the contact number or email ID
provided by Users at the time of making the appointment. This includes contacting
Users through information received from other parties. This consent to be contacted
is for purposes that include and are not limited to support service calls, clarification
calls, marketing and promotional calls.
5. Practitioner Display
eCLINIC234 collects, directly or indirectly, and displays on the Application, relevant
information regarding the profile and practice of the Service Providers listed on the
Application, such as their specialization, qualification, area of practice, experience,
fees, location, visiting hours, and similar details. Although eCLINIC234 take
reasonable efforts to ensure that such information is accurate and updated at frequent
intervals, we cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies or incompleteness represented
on the Application of Service Providers’ Services.
It is hereby expressly clarified that the Information that you obtain or receive from
eCLINIC234, is for informational and User’s purposes only. eCLINIC234 makes no
guarantees, representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, concerning
professional qualifications, quality of work, expertise or other information of the
Healthcare Practitioners provided on the Website.
In no event shall eCLINIC234 or our Director or Agents be liable to Users or anyone
else for any decision made or action taken by Users in reliance on such information.
All Users are aware that the Virtual Practice Platform is not meant to be a substitute
for Emergency Medical Care.
6. Custom App Updates & maintenance from time to time, the Application may
automatically check the version of the Application installed on the User’s device and,
if applicable, provide updates of the Application (hereinafter referred to as
“Updates”). Updates may contain, without limitation, bug fixes, patches, enhanced
functionality, plug-ins and new versions of the Application. By installing the
Application, Users authorize the automatic download and installation of Updates and
agree to download and install Updates manually if necessary.
Deployment of test and production updates of the User’s mobile applications (if
any) to the Google Play and Apple iTunes APP Stores, will be made periodically.
Certain APP updates will be provisioned as mandatory updates requiring all Users
to update their installed APP versions before continued use. Users are aware of
and do consent to the following:
Ensuring continued access to the Service Provider’s APP Store accounts to effect
test and production updates is the responsibility of the Service Provider.
eCLINIC234 bears no responsibility of consequences of such access being
unavailable at any point.
The Service Provider is responsible for ensuring that the Terms and Privacy Policy
applicable to the Service Provider’s mobile applications and their usage are
maintained and updated by the Service Provider and correctly specified in the APP
Store settings.
Maintenance and updates of marketing content, including screenshots, descriptions
are solely the responsibility of the Service Provider in partnership with
eCLINIC234. The Service Provider is also responsible for monitoring and
responding to their User reviews (if any).
eCLINIC234 bears no responsibility in unavailability/downtime of the Apple
iTunes and/or Google Play services and any subsequent impact that may have in
the submission of application updates. Nor is eCLINIC234 responsible for the
AppStore verification process duration and outcomes on either of these platforms,
given the inconsistencies involved in these factors.
7. Actions Undertaken on User’s Device
Upon download and installation of the Application, Users automatically grant the
following permissions to the Applications to perform the following actions on the
device they have installed the Application in.
-To read from, write on, modify and delete data of the Application on the device’s
hard disk and/or external storage;
-To access information about networks, access networks including wifi networks,
receive and send data through the network;
-To determine the approximate location from sources like, but not limited to mobile
towers and connected Wi-Fi networks;
-To determine exact location from sources such as, but not limited to GPS;
-To access the model number, IMEI number and details about the operating system of
the device the Application has been installed on, as well as the phone number of the
device;
-To retrieve information about other applications running on the device the
Application has been installed on and open them;
-To detect when the phone had been switched off and switched on to send
notification/ push notifications;
-To access and change the display and sound settings of the device the Application has
been installed in.
8. Infrastructure Maintenance & Monitoring
Maintenance and monitoring services provided by eCLINIC234 for your Virtual
Practice instance includes the following:
Deployment of production web and server application updates to the cloud
infrastructure. Such application updates are made after planning, preparations and
testing in development and staging environments which mirrors the Production
environment. Deployments are as far as possible done without downtime except
for major application and/or infrastructure updates. Major updates requiring
downtime will as far as possible be planned and notified to the Service Provider at
a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
Monitoring of all core components, application parameters and logs are handled
by the Platform Operations team. Alerts are raised for errors beyond set
thresholds. The objective of monitoring services is to help ensure high availability
of the Service Provider’s Virtual Practice instance, except during scheduled
maintenance downtimes and the following scenarios which are beyond the control
of eCLINIC234:
o
Issues related to third-party services used by your Virtual Practice, (including the
cloud infrastructure, communication services, media streaming services etc.).
o
Issues caused by external applications used in conjunction with or integrated with
the Virtual Practice
o External network issues between the platform infrastructure and the Authorized
Users of the Virtual Practice
o
Intentional malicious attacks on the platform services, that bypass all security
measures that are in place.
Any issues affecting the availability of the Virtual Practice installation will be
dealt with on an emergency basis. The restoration of availability in such cases is
subject to the cause of the underlying issue, but all efforts will proceed
continuously until the Virtual Practice service is restored. The following scenarios
do not qualify as periods of unavailability:
Scheduled maintenance downtimes
Slowness with certain features or performance degradation
Failure by Authorized Users to access or use the applications due to issues with
their network connectivity to the application services, issues with their devices or
usage of incompatible browsers or operating systems.
Delays with uploading, sharing, or processing files
Issues with or unavailability of any integrated third-party services
Issues with certain application functionalities
9. Third-Party Services
eCLINIC234 is not responsible for the accuracy and reliability of health data ready
from health sensors and devices that the eCLINIC234 platform and APPs may
interface with. This includes direct device interfaces and also account interfaces of
third-party services. Such interfaces are not indicative of any endorsement or
recommendation by eCLINIC234 of those devices or services.
eCLINIC234 is also not responsible for the functioning and reliability of any third-
party services that you may choose to interface with now or in the future (from
among authorized third-party interfaces) to further the functionality of your
Virtual Practice. Terms of use applicable to those services must be complied with,
in addition to eCLINIC234’s Terms of Use.
eCLINIC234’s provisioning of a custom mobile application for a Service Provider
is solely limited to the development, maintenance and submission to the APP store
accounts (Google Play and/or Apple iOS) of the Service Provider. The Service
Provider is solely responsible for providing necessary organization verification
inputs and documents to Apple iOS and/or Google Playstore as may be required
by them. eCLINIC234 is also not liable for delays in APP publishing caused by
the APP store review process. eCLINIC234’s responsibilities during the review
process are specifically limited to responding to any technical clarifications or
technical defects that may be raised during the review process.
Except when procurement of such services are expressly billed by eCLINIC234
and paid for by a Virtual Practice Service Provider, eCLINIC234 is not
responsible for the policies, pricing and payments of third-party services (such as
hosting, SMS, streaming, mobile application stores etc.) integrated with a Service
Provider’s installation. It is solely the Service Provider’s responsibility to make
timely payments to such third-party services and eCLINIC234 is not liable for
non-functioning of any aspect of the Virtual Practice functionality nor its uptime,
caused by non-availability of third-party services due to late payments towards
such services or non-compliance with policies of the third party service.
eCLINI234’s website and Platform Services may include links to other websites,
possibly in the content within the APPs. Some of these sites may contain materials
that are objectionable, unlawful, or inaccurate. These links are provided for your
convenience only. eCLINIC234 do not endorse these sites or the products and
services they provide. Service Providers and Users acknowledge and agree that
eCLINIC234 is not responsible or liable for the content or accuracy of these sites
external to eCLINIC234.
For Service Providers using own email domains for sending of email notifications
from their Virtual Practice, despite all relevant configuration of DNS, SPF, DKIM
and DMarc settings, it can in rare cases be expected to observe some delay or
potentially even initial delivery issues, due to the verification policies and
algorithms of certain email services providers. This generally resolves after a
certain level of usage, after which the emails are safely considered as non-spam.
Beyond ensuring correct sending of email notifications, eCLINIC234 does not
bear responsibility for the last point delivery of email notifications having no
control over this external environment factor.
Delivery of SMS messages depend on last-mile carrier networks (in the recipient’s
location) and there may be instances where messages verified as delivered by SMS
gateway services may be reported to not have been received by the end-user
recipient. eCLINIC234 is responsible for ensuring the correct sending of
notifications and supports multiple notification channels. However, eCLINIC234
does not take responsibility for the last point delivery of SMS notifications having
no control over that factor. Service Providers are required to opt to use/not use
SMS notification channels in their Virtual Practice according to the needs of their
users and the delivery performance observed for their user base. Service Provider
is solely responsible for ensuring correct configuration and operations of their
SMS gateway service account.
eCLINIC234 is not responsible for non-accessibility of the Service Provider’s
Virtual Practice installation caused by wrong DNS settings made by the Service
Provider.
10. Data Collected and Received
The Virtual Practice platform receives and collects the following type of data or
information:
-Personal data of the User such as, but not limited to name, age, date of birth,
occupation and gender;
-The User’s e-mail and contact information, GPS based location;
-The User’s device information such as, but not limited to the device ID, Google
Advertising ID and Android ID;
-As a User of the Virtual Practice platform, you may provide information about
yourself, your spouse or family, your friends, their health issues, the gender of the
patient, age of the patient, previous medication is taken, previous medical conditions,
allergies, etc.
The Information specified above and collected by the Virtual Practice may be
classified as ‘Personal Information’ or ‘Sensitive Information’ under Information
Technology. By affirming your assent to this Privacy Policy, you provide your consent
to such collection as required under applicable law.
-For Service Providers practising within the Virtual Care platform, they will provide a
complete set of information such as name, education, specialization, address of
practising hospitals/clinics, contact information, achievements, Device ID (IMEI),
location, social media handles etc.
The Virtual Practice may release your Personal Information to a third-party in order
comply with a Court Order or other similar legal procedure, or when in good faith
such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law; prevent imminent physical harm
or financial loss; investigate or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud,
or violations of the Application’s Terms of Use.
Due to the existing regulatory environment, the Virtual Practice cannot ensure that all
of your information shall never be disclosed in ways other than those described in this
Privacy Policy. For example, but without limiting and foregoing, the Virtual Practice
may be forced to disclose User Personal Information to the government, law
enforcement agencies or other Third Parties. Under certain circumstances, Third
Parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmission or private communications,
or abuse or misuse Your Personal Information that they may collect from our
Application. We may share our data, including User Personal Information, with
parent companies and/or subsidiaries that are committed to serving User needs
through the use of the Application and related services.
We cooperate with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce
laws, such as intellectual property rights, fraud and other rights. The Virtual Practice
platform can, in its sole discretion disclose User information, when necessary or
appropriate, in connection with referrals, an investigation of fraud, intellectual
property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose the Virtual
Practice or Users to any legal liability.
11. Service Provider Data
Data in a Virtual Practice can be added or created by Authorized Users in the
Virtual Practice, whether they be Team users (Service Providers or Administrative
Users) or Patient users. This data belongs to the Service Providers.
Personal information includes name, email address and/or phone number used to
create Authorized User accounts. It also includes other personally identifiable
information that users may choose to add to their user account profile.
Personal health information that patient users and/or healthcare providers who are
Authorized Users of the Virtual Practice enter into the Personal Health Record of a
patient. This includes data that is entered manually and/or by syncing with a health
monitoring device or from a third-party source that users alone authorize. It also
includes files that users choose to upload.
12. Use of Information
12.1 Service Provider Data
The Service Provider is the owner and controller of the Service Provider Data,
which is processed by eCLINIC234 as per the configuration settings and
instructions of the Service Provider. The Service Provider alone decides which
Authorized Users or Team Users to create and terminate; and what access such
Authorized Users or Team Users have to add, update, delete, export or share the
data. The Service Provider defines the policies, practices and usage terms for
authorized Users of the Virtual Practice and it is the sole responsibility of the
Service Provider to enforce that. A Service Provider can terminate Authorized
Patient User accounts at any time and such Patients will no longer have further
access to their personal health information in event of that happening. Whether or
not to share that information with the Patient User before termination of the
Patient User account is the prerogative of the Service Provider.
12.2 Other Data
12.2.1 Virtual Practice Account Info: These are information that the Service
Provider provides to eCLINIC234 at the time of setting up their Virtual Practice
account. This also includes information required for subscription and billing of the
account. eCLINIC234 does not store the Customer’s credit card or other payment
method information.
12.2.2 Operations Info: To enhance the virtual platform usage experience,
eCLINIC234 uses cookies, logs and analytics to enable certain functionality,
improve services and monitor service usage. Information about the browser,
device, location, IP address, language settings, date and time of use may be
captured in logs. These mechanisms are used to help diagnose issues and
preferences which help us to evolve the services. Our authorized third-party
partners also may receive and log such non-personally identifiable information
related to your online service usage as part of supporting platform services.
12.2.3 Third Party Services: The Service Provider may choose to configure
and use certain Third Party Services within their Virtual Practice. This is optional
and entirely up to the Service Provider. In this case, the Service Provider is
authorizing the Virtual Care Platform services to receive certain configuration and
operational information relevant to the integration with the third party service.
Customers should check the terms of use, privacy policy and usage settings in
these Third-Party Services. eCLINIC234 does not receive or store any passwords
for such third-party services accounts.
12.2.4 Anonymized data: eCLINIC234 may analyze anonymized and
aggregated data collected through the services, for purposes of issue diagnostics,
security assessment and monitoring, evaluating usage trends and requirement
patterns and to measure the effectiveness of services and content. Such
anonymized and aggregated information is not considered personal information.
13. Disclosure of Information
eCLINIC234 may disclose any information to government or law enforcement
officials if we believe doing so is required to comply with law enforcement and
legal process; to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable
activity; to protect your, our or others rights and safety.
Service Providers determine their policies and practices for the sharing and
disclosure of their Customer Data and this is expected to comply with legal
requirements. Disclosure of Customer Data to Authorized Users of the Service
Provider’s Virtual Practice is determined by the Service Provider while creating
and configuring such Authorized User accounts. The Service Provider may also be
able to request and view usage information of Authorized Users in the Service
Provider’s Virtual Practice. All eCLINIC234 employees are bound by strict
privacy policies and do not have access to User Data.
13.2 Sub-Processors: eCLINIC234 may utilize third party services to sub-
process other information and support services by providing hosting, storage,
communications, webRTC and analytics services.
13.3 Third-Party Services: Service Providers opting to configure certain third-
party services with their Virtual Practice, should check the privacy policy and
settings of such services and should understand what data may be shared between
such authorized services and eCLINIC234, relevant to the integrated functioning
expected.
If eCLINIC234 becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of
some or all of its assets, other information will be transferred to the new entity for
the continued performance of service, subject to standard confidentiality
agreements.
14. Data Retention
eCLINIC234 will retain Service Provider Data for as long as the Service Provider
has an active Virtual Practice account on the Virtual Practice Platform. While
operating an active Virtual Practice account, the Service Provider controls how
this data is retained or deleted, using features and settings in the Virtual Practice.
Deletion of Authorized User accounts in a Customer’s Virtual Practice is the
responsibility of the Service Provider, eCLINIC234 does, however, reserve the
right to deactivate or delete accounts of any User on the platform or Terminate the
Virtual Practice Contract is found to violate our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
On receiving a request to delete or a Virtual Practice account, eCLINIC234 will
delete the Virtual Practice account and all associated data. The deletion of Service
Provider Data may result in the deletion and/or anonymization of associated Other
Data. eCLINIC234 may retain such anonymized Other Data even after the Service
Provider has deactivated their account if it is required to comply with legal
obligations, for audits and legitimate business needs.
15. Cookie Policy
eCLINIC234 uses cookies (both session-based and persistent cookies) and similar
technologies like single-pixel gifs, on the domains operated by eCLINIC234 for its
Virtual Practice Platform Services and website. We also use third-party cookies of
Google Analytics on our website.
We also use cookies in our website and Platform Services to save user preferences,
preserve session settings, help auto-authentication of frequently used services if
required by your settings, for certain marketing campaigns and to enable improved
understanding of your feature and usage requirements and patterns. You may use
browser settings to disable cookies when using eCLINIC234 web services,
however, it may result in the features and services of the applications not
functioning properly.
It is important to note that most browsers allow you to disallow cookies from sites
that you do not trust.
16. Transmission and Storage Security
All data is stored only in our cloud infrastructure on the highly secure Web
Service platform in the United Kingdom. We take all necessary measures in
providing secure transmission of personal health information before it is
transferred across the internet from your personal computer or devices to our
servers and in securing such personal information stored on our systems.
However, you should be aware of possible risk involved in transmitting
information over the internet as no data transmission can be guaranteed to be
100% secure and of risk that others could find a way to thwart our security
systems. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we
cannot ensure or warrant the security and privacy of personal information you
transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
17. Restriction based on age
All users of the Virtual Practice Platform Services are expected to be above 18
years of age. Service Providers are to ensure that only parents or authorized
guardians of minors are allowed to operate Authorized Patient User accounts on
their behalf. Any Authorized User providing, storing or submitting information on
behalf of a child/person under guardianship assumes full responsibility for the
submission, use, and transmission of such information.
If you believe that any Authorized User in a Virtual Practice is younger than the
permitted age, immediately contact the Service Provider operating that Virtual
Practice. If notified directly of such a violation of our Terms of Use, eCLINIC234
will upon consultation with the Virtual Practice Service Provider promptly delete
the concerned user account and data.
18. Links to Other Websites
eCLINIC234 website may contain links to other websites. The fact that we link to
a website is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation
with that third party. eCLINIC234 do not exercise control over third party
websites. These other websites may place their cookies or other files on the User
computer, collect data or solicit personally identifiable information from you.
Other sites follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the personally
identifiable information you submit to them. We encourage you to read the
privacy policies or statements of the other websites you visit.
19. Disclaimers
eCLINIC234 assumes no liability for the repercussions of using the application to
transmit User’s medical/personal data to any other User, including without
limitation, loss of data, failure to boot, or other errors in the working of the device on
to which the application has been downloaded.
eCLINIC234 develops virtual care application platforms for Healthcare Practitioners
to promote and render their Services. By using eCLINIC234, the User understands
and accepts that eCLINIC234 does not endorse any Healthcare Practitioner’s services.
Any disputes arising out of the use of services provided by eCLINIC234 shall be
governed by the law, rules and regulations of Nigeria, as applicable in the State of
Lagos. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions and disputes shall be the
courts or arbitrations located in Lagos State, Southwestern Nigeria.
20. User’s Obligations
All Users undertake to fulfil the following obligations. Failure to satisfy any of these
obligations gives eCLINIC234 the right to permanently suspend User account and/or
claim damages for any losses that accrue to eCLINIC234 or additional costs that may
be imposed on eCLINIC234:
-Users hereby certify that you are at least 18 years of age.
-Users agree to comply with all local laws and regulations governing the downloading,
installation and/or use of the Application, including, without limitation, any usage
rules outlined in this Agreement.
-Users undertake not to: Cut, copy, distribute, modify, recreate, reverse engineer,
distribute, post, publish or create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any
information or software obtained from the Application. For the removal of doubt, it is
clarified that unlimited or wholesale reproduction, copying of the content for
commercial or non-commercial purposes and unwarranted modification of data and
information within the content of the Application is not permitted. The use of deep-
link, robot, spider or other automated devices, program, algorithm or methodology,
or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any
portion of the Application or Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the
navigational structure or presentation of the Application, materials or any Content, to
obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any
means not specifically made available through the Application is prohibited.
-Use the User information made available through eCLINIC234 to further any
unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including, but not limited to
fraud, embezzlement, money laundering or identity theft.
-Use the User information made available through eCLINIC234 to abuse, harass,
threaten, defame, disillusion, erode, abrogate, demean or otherwise violate the legal
rights of others;
-Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts access to the Application or the
Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Application);
Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Application or any network connected to
the Application, nor breach the security or authentication measures on the

information, other than User’s information, as provided for by the Application;
disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the Application,
systems resources, servers or networks connected to or accessible through the
Applications or any affiliated or linked applications; violate any applicable laws or
regulations for the time being in force within or outside Nigeria;
violate any code of conduct or other guidelines, which may apply for or to any
particular Service;
21. Refunds, Cancellations, Disputes and Chargebacks
No cancellation or refunds are permitted against eCLINIC234 services. In exceptional
cases, User may submit a claim for a refund to the contact of the Virtual Practice
Service Provider or support@eclinic234.com by providing a clear and specific reason
for the refund request and the exact terms that have been violated. Whether a refund
will be provided will be determined at the sole discretion of the Virtual Practice
Service Provider or eCLINIC234 depending on who the claim is made against. Refund
requests must be submitted within a maximum of 30 days from the date of payment
for services.
